Warkworth to Wellsford design and consenting phase for earthworks consents required to move over 12 M m3 of earth for this project.
Transmission Gully 27km motorway through steep, complex terrain. Over 9M m3 of challenging cut-to-fill earthworks in an environmentally sensitive region. Specialist ongoing technical erosion and sediment control input, writing management plans for approval and providing input into the project implementation since 2014. Training and communication to site personnel, compliance with environmental and contractual legislation / third party nuisance requirements, effective communication with other environmental agencies/bodies and obtaining further resource consents and other statutory approvals as required on acceptable or favourable conditions, for sites with significant ecological challenges
North Canterbury Transport Infrastructure Recovery Kaikōura. Works associated withrepairing the road and rail networks between Picton and Christchurch following the 2016 Kaikōura earthquake. Ridley Dunphy Environmental provides construction water management advice and input into the earthquake recovery programme and works for this project. This included providing specific input into emergency legislation development prior to works commencing, as well as obtaining consents, development of environmental and water quality plans and provided site-specific environmental and consent compliance advice and regular audits with regulatory agencies including on-site training of environmental and engineering teams in good construction water management practice, consent condition interpretation, requirements, compliance measures, mitigation, monitoring and reporting.
SH1 Northern and Southern Corridor Improvements and Mount Messenger - Provision of specialist construction water management advice, development of documents for AEE and expert evidence as required for applicant including Board of Inquiry evidence. Includes development of associated documents for both MCA process and AEE and expert evidence at hearing. Included facilitated expert workshops and discussions with other parties.
Further North Alliance, Puhoi to Warkworth. Peer review role for NZTA for the Puhoi to Warkworth Motorway project for the purpose of Scheme Assessment Report followed by technical expert role for Further North Alliance for the Puhoi to Warkworth Motorway project for the purpose of obtaining consents and the Board of Inquiry process. Technical design, facilitated workshops, expert caucusing and coordination of the water discipline. Ongoing overview and review on behalf of NZTA of all CESCP documents (site specific erosion and sediment control for implementation) for the Puhoi to Warkworth Motorway development.
